What we collect and why.

What you give us
When you ask for an account audit we receive the name, email address, company name, monthly ad spend range and the message you type into the form. We use it to answer you and to look at the account you are asking about. Nothing else.
What we read in your ad account
With your permission we read campaigns, budgets, keywords, search terms, conversions and the account change history. We read this to tell you what is happening and to propose changes. We do not sell it, and we do not mix it with anyone else's account data.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your details.
- We never change your account without your approval.
- We never take ownership of your account, your billing or your data.
Who else sees it
Your message reaches our own inbox and stays there. We use a transactional email provider to deliver that notification, and the hosting provider that serves this site. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless we are required to keep a record for tax or accounting reasons.
Removing your access
You can remove our access to your ad account at any time from your own Google account. Once removed, nothing keeps running and no further reads happen.
