The agency was never the point.
Your clients never need to know it is not a team.
You did not hire an agency because you wanted a retainer. You hired them because the work had to get done and you did not have the hours. Now the work gets done in the channel you already live in.
Keep the relationship, the brand and the invoice. We run the media buying underneath it, in your name, with your margin and your approval on everything.
- A broad term entered on Sep 12 and spent $1,140 with no conversion
- Your top exact keyword lost 22% impression share to a competitor bid raise
- Broad match is pulling budget away from the terms that convert
- Broad term paused ✓ verified in account
- Daily budget capped ✓ verified in account
Illustrative example. These figures show how a read of an account turns into a decision. They are not a client result.
Most ad spend does not fail. It goes unwatched.
Most agency owners are the bottleneck, not the strategy.
An account does not break in one dramatic moment. It drifts. A search term creeps in. A budget shifts. A competitor raises a bid. Somebody has to look, every week, and most businesses cannot spare that person.
You did not start an agency to write change history notes at midnight. The work is real, repetitive and endless, and hiring for it eats the margin you started the business for.
The retainer was a tax on attention you did not have.
A business should own its advertising, not rent the knowledge of it.
The person closest to the money should make the call, and that person is you.
Good advice is worthless if nothing changes after it is given.
Four steps. No kickoff call.
You keep the account. You keep the login. It works where you already talk all day.
Connect the account
It starts read only. It reads campaigns, keywords, search terms, conversions and change history, then tells you what it sees. No edits at this stage, and you can stop here.
Ask in Discord
"Why did cost per lead go up?" "Where is the waste?" "Build me a plan for next month." You ask the way you would ask a colleague, and the answer comes from the live account, not a template.
Approve the plan
Every change arrives as a short list with the reason and the expected effect. You say yes, no, or just do number two. Nothing is edited until you say so.
It executes and reports
Approved changes are applied to the account and verified afterwards. You get a written summary of what changed, and a scheduled report you never have to ask for.
- Search: converting at target cost per lead
- Display: 0 conversions, 14% of spend
- Two search terms carrying 31% of spend with none converting
Illustrative example, shown to explain the sequence.
What it does before you have paid anyone a strategy fee.
These are not features on a roadmap. This is the work an account needs every single week.
Full account audit
Campaign settings, keywords, search terms, match types, budgets and bidding, all read live and written up in plain English with the waste called out first.
Conversion tracking check
It verifies that the form, call and purchase actions actually fire and are counted, because every decision after that depends on the numbers being true.
Waste removal
Search terms that spent money and returned nothing get found and stopped. This is usually the fastest money recovered in an untended account.
Ad copy that gets written
Headlines and descriptions built around what the searcher actually typed, drafted, checked against the limits, and ready for you to approve.
Bid and budget moves
Bids raised where the demand is real, budgets held where the return is not, and pacing explained so you always know what today costs.
The report you never chase
A written summary on a schedule you choose: what changed, what it cost, what it returned. No dashboard login required.
It never touches your money without a yes.
Giving something access to your ad account should feel like handing over keys, not like losing control of the car.
Approval first
Reads happen freely. Writes wait. If you have not approved a change, it does not happen, and it says so.
Live numbers only
Every figure comes from a fresh read of your account. If it cannot read something, it says that instead of guessing.
Access you can cut
Access sits on your account, under your control. Remove it whenever you like and nothing keeps running.
A written trail
Every change is recorded with the reason, the time, and what it was before. Anything can be reversed.
Built for the size you are now.
Built for the book of business you already have.
Solo founders
One account, your budget, and no one to hand it to. You want the waste out and the winners scaled, without a monthly call to explain last month.
Medium businesses
You have a marketer, and they are already carrying three jobs. This takes Google Ads off their plate and leaves the judgement calls with you.
Enterprise teams
Many accounts, real budgets, and people who need to see who approved what. Structured work, approval steps, and a record of every action.
Solo agency owners
You are doing the media buying at night. Hand the repetitive work over and spend your hours on the clients who pay you best.
Small teams
Two to ten people, more accounts than hours. Consistent delivery without hiring a specialist you cannot bill for yet.
Larger agencies
You want a delivery layer under your account managers, with approvals, records and reporting shaped the way your clients expect them.
An agency sells you distance. A dashboard sells you homework.
More capacity, without more payroll.
Three ways to get this work done. Only one of them keeps you in the room.
Three ways to add delivery capacity. Only one of them grows without a hire.
The old agency
- You hear from them once a month
- The insight arrives after the spend
- One manager, thirty accounts
- You never see the change log
- Leaving costs you the history
A dashboard

- Leaves every decision to you
- No judgement, no priorities
- You still need the expert
TalkToYourAds
- In the room, answerable daily
- Finds the leak while it is leaking
- One account, one channel, no queue
- Proposes, then waits for your yes
- The account and the history stay yours
Hire another junior
- Weeks to hire, months to trust
- Quality depends on who is on shift
- Payroll whether the work exists or not
- Their mistakes land on your name
- They leave with the knowledge
Push clients to a dashboard
- You look like a login reseller
- They still ask you what it means
- Nothing gets executed
- Margin falls at every renewal
- Churn with a nicer interface
TalkToYourAds
- Delivery capacity this week

Straight answers.
Do I own my ad account and my data?
Yes. The account stays in your name, in your billing, from the first day. Removing access takes a moment and nothing keeps running afterwards.
Is this just ChatGPT with a Google Ads plugin?
No. A chat assistant will happily describe a change it cannot make. This is built on the Google Ads interface itself, so the same thing that reads your account is the thing that changes it, after you approve.
Will it spend my budget without asking?
No. It cannot move money on its own. Every write waits for your approval in the channel, and every applied change is verified in the account afterwards.
What if it is wrong?
Every change is recorded with what it was before, so anything can be put back. If a recommendation looks wrong to you, say so and it re-checks the account rather than defending the answer.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You connect the ad account, and you get a channel in Discord. That is the whole setup.
How fast does it answer?
You ask in the channel and it answers there, usually within the same conversation. Scheduled reports arrive at the time you pick.
Can it work on more than one account?
Yes. Each account gets its own channel, so nothing crosses over between clients or brands.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. After that the price is per account and depends on the size and state of the account. You will have a number before you commit to anything.
Can I resell this to my own clients?
Yes. That is the agency view. Your clients see your brand and your reports. You approve every change as the account owner or as our partner.

No call required. No card. If the account is healthy, we will say so.
