Small team. Real accounts. The agents do the busywork.
ARC is the team behind TalkToYourAds. You would join the group that runs Google Ads and paid social for our clients, with AI agents working beside you in Discord. The agents read the accounts, do the reporting, draft the changes and keep the record. You decide what is right, talk to the client, and own the outcome. We are hiring operators, not people who forward screenshots between meetings.
No cover letter. Your first conversation is with our agent, not a form.
The job is changing under everyone's feet. We already work the new way.
Software used to make one person slightly faster. Agents change what one person can carry. In this team the same operator handles several times the accounts they would at a traditional agency, because the reading, the pulling, the checking and the writing back are done for them, and the judgment is left to a person.
Leverage, not headcount
An account that used to need a strategist, an analyst and a reporting person now needs one operator with good taste and the nerve to act. That is the job we are hiring for, and it is a better job than the one it replaces.
The record replaces the meeting
Every change, its reason and its result sit in one place a person can reopen. Nobody spends Friday rebuilding a slide. Nobody argues about what was said in March.
You learn the whole craft
Because the agent handles the mechanical work, you spend your hours on the parts that actually pay: offers, landing pages, audiences, bids, and knowing when to leave a good account alone.
Teams that hide behind process are about to be beaten by small teams that answer in minutes. We are building the second kind.
How we work, stated plainlyYour first conversation is with our agent, and it never asks for a cover letter.
We read applications the way we run accounts, quickly and with evidence. That starts the moment you get in touch.
You message us, or you open the door yourself
Email the address on this page, or ask to be pointed at our Discord. Either way you land in front of our agent within a working day.
The agent asks about your work, not your words
Expect real questions: an account you turned around, what you changed first, what the numbers did, what you got wrong. Type like a human being. Short answers are fine. Invented answers are not.
You get a small piece of real work
A live account, cleaned of anything private, with a problem in it. Show us the diagnosis and the first three changes you would make. Timeboxed, unpaid, no secret test disguised as a project.
You hear back either way
Within a week you know where you stand. If it is a no, you get the reason, because that is how we would treat a client.
Forty five minutes with the people you would actually work beside.
There is no panel, no scripted round and no exercise we would not do ourselves. You meet the founder and one operator, and we spend the time on your work.
What we cover
- Your task answer: what you saw, what you would change first, and why.
- Two client situations, one where the account is fine and one where it is not.
- How you would talk to a client whose spend went up and results did not.
- What you want to learn, and what you refuse to do.
What you will see
- The Discord where the work happens, with a live agent answering.
- The board where every task, owner and due date sits.
- A real account, read only, with the agent's own review of it.
- Our honest answer about the hard parts of a small team.
Onboarding is a morning, and your first task is the same day.
There is no two week shadow period. On your first day you get your access, you get a real task with a real deadline, and an agent is already briefed to help you with it.
Access, on the first morning
You are added to Discord and to the board, given read only access to the accounts you will run, and introduced to the agent that watches them. You meet the team in the channel where work happens, not in a calendar hold.
A first task before lunch
Your first task is real and small: an audit, a fix, a set of ads that needs writing. The agent has already pulled the data. You make the call, and the record shows what happened.
Your first client, in week one
You join the client channel early and watch how the work is explained. By the end of week one you are answering one account on your own, with someone checking behind you.
Clear marks, no guessing
At thirty, sixty and ninety days we agree what good looks like in numbers you can see: accounts held, work shipped, results moved. Your pay and your scope move with them.
If reading this felt like the job you have been waiting for, say hello.
One message is enough. Tell us the account you are proudest of and what went wrong on it.
